Ordering Information

There are several options available to place an order. We prefer that you call us toll free 1-800-323-1449 (in Hawaii, 1-808-959-3581) so we may offer you prompt, friendly and courteous service. However, orders may be placed by fax at 1-808-959-4497 or by utilizing our secured shopping cart service at our website (OrchidsOfHawaii.com). Our hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. HST, Monday-Friday. The current time in Hawaii is .

Flowers arrive loosely packed and not arranged as shown. Depending upon the time of year, additional charges may be incurred for winter or summer insulation. At your request, vase & foam may be provided at a nominal fee of $6.00. Because of the seasonality of some tropical flowers, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary.

Please place your orders early to ensure adequate delivery time. Upgrades are available through FedEx at additional costs ranging from $9.00-$15.00. Please consult shipping information for more details. Please ensure that the address provided is correct as both FedEx and UPS will charge a $10.00 address correction fee.

Shipping Information

Free 2-Day UPS/FedEx Shipping

All orders are shipped by Fedex Economy service or UPS. Faster service is available by Fedex for an additional fee of $9.00 - $15.00. Please verify that the information below is accurate before calling our toll free number at 1-800-323-1449 to place an order. You may also fax an order to us at 1-808-959-4497. Fedex and UPS will access a $10.00 address correction fee for any errors. At your own risk, both couriers will release the box if the recipient is unavailable. For our warranty to remain active, you must require a signature at an additional cost of $2.00-$2.50. We use USPS for our P.O. Box addresses. All prices include shipping costs. Winterpacking and gel packs are also available for an additional $4.75.

Federal Express
FedEx will release all shipments without a recipient signature at the address. If a signature is required as proof of delivery (residential only), there will be a nominal fee of $2.00 - $2.50 depending upon which option is chosen. Indirect ($2.00) means any person can sign for the shipment (neighbors, etc. please leave instructions). Direct ($2.50) means any person at that address can sign for the shipment. By electing not to exercise this signature required option, neither Fedex nor Orchids of Hawaii will be held liable for any misplaced, stolen or weather damaged shipments.

Upgrades in service are available. Priority/Sat. Delivery at $15.00 additional. Priority commitment is before 10:30 a.m., Saturday before 12:00 p.m. Standard Overnight at $9.00 additional with commitment before 3:00 p.m. FedEx Economy commitments are 7:00 p.m. for residential and 4:30 p.m. for commercial.

United Parcel Service
UPS will release all shipments without a recipient signature at the address (residential delivery only) at the driver's discretion providing the parcel can be left in an area out of sight or out of weather. If a signature is required before the shipment is released (residental delivery only), there will be a nominal fee of $2.50. By electing to release the shipment, neither UPS nor Orchids of Hawaii will be help liable for any misplaced, stolen or weather damaged shipments.
