However, despite our sincere efforts, there are situations that occasionally arise that are beyond our control such as shipping delays or inclement weather. Nevertheless, we have chosen to honor our commitments to our customers. We offer customers peace of mind with our unconditional guarantee of either replacement or credit. However, in order for our warranty to remain active, you must select the signature required option upon checkout at an additional cost of $2.00-2.50.
